VistaTek’s tooling capabilities include in-house tooling for development tooling, on-boarding transfer tooling, revisions, refurbishments, and maintenance.
We also have very close relationships with fully vetted tool vendors to support mid and high volume production tools. These tools can range up to Class 101 tooling with complexities such as unscrewing cores, hydraulics, lifts, slides, etc.
Transfer Tooling
During the life of a program, many variables may lead to a change in supplier. VistaTek is here to assist in all aspects of transferring a tooling package. Our in-house tooling experts and program managers will facilitate a seamless tooling transfer to allow you the comfort and piece of mind that your program will continue on a successful path.
Show your customers your pride in US Manufacturing!
VistaTek is a proud US manufacturer, and we want to offer our customers to support this and show off their US manufacturing as well. We can offer new and existing programs to add a laser engraved (Made in the USA) logo or working on their part. Pricing will be $250/ cavity ($100 extra for each existing cavity in the same mold). This includes laser engraving the logo/wording on your mold in an allowed area. We will also sample 25 shots ($1000 value) when the engraving is completed to share with you before the next production run.
