ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized standard for quality management systems, and maintaining this certification reflects the strong processes, consistency, and commitment to continuous improvement that guide our work every day.
One of the most meaningful highlights of this recertification is that VistaTek has had zero nonconformance findings for the past three years. This is a major accomplishment and a testament to the dedication of our team in upholding high standards across all areas of our operations. The audit process involves an in-depth review of our procedures, documentation, and performance to ensure we not only meet requirements but continue to strengthen how we serve our customers.
In addition to the ISO audit, we also successfully navigated an unexpected NSF audit that took place with little notice. Our ability to respond confidently and effectively demonstrated the strength of our quality culture and operational readiness. Even under unplanned circumstances, our team proved that we remain prepared, compliant, and aligned with the standards that support long-term success.
