Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of new program development and production.
• Coordinate between customers, sales, and manufacturing teams.
• Oversee schedules, logistics, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotes and updates daily.
• Partner with QA, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth program launches.
• Build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Join VistaTek’s 2nd shift as an Injection Molding Setup Technician and play a hands-on role in bringing innovative products to life. You’ll set up and maintain precision molding machines, solve problems on the floor, and help keep production running smoothly. Join us on our mission to redefine manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and tooling.
• Perform quick mold changeovers and ensure efficient production flow.
• Operate/monitor presses and observe part quality per production standards.
• Support and train operators on correct machine setup and safe operation.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve uptime and efficiency.
