VistaTek announces ownership change and renewed focus on innovation
Charlie Andrews and Harrison Andrews acquire 50 percent ownership from Mishek family
Stillwater, MN (March 15, 2019) – After more than 20 years of ownership by the Mishek family, VistaTek announces that the Andrews family has acquired a 50 percent ownership of the manufacturing company. The ownership change brings a renewed focus on innovation to the company, while day-to-day operations remain the same to maintain the existing focus to serve customers effectively.
To facilitate the added ownership group, Al Mishek sold his ownership stake to the Andrews family, but will remain with the company as sales and account manager. Danny Mishek stays on as president. The deal also includes VistaTek’s sustainable product line, SelfEco.
Charlie Andrews is VistaTek’s new director of operations, and brings 10 years of experience in operations and quality from his previous role with Cummins Inc. His focus on continuous quality improvement will help VistaTek constantly enhance its processes and how it delivers on promises to customers.
Harrison Andrews will focus on VistaTek’s growth as its new account manager. With a background in medical device sales with Arthrex, he will work to expand the company’s market share and build relationships with new and current customers of VistaTek and SelfEco.
