At VistaTek, continued growth is driven by both the trust of our customers and the strength of our team. As we expand, we’re excited to share several key employee updates that position us for even greater success.
We are pleased to welcome Katie Hurst as our new Operations Manager. Katie brings a strong background in operations, with a sharp focus on data-driven decision-making and KPI performance. Her ability to translate metrics into meaningful action will play a critical role in optimizing our operations and supporting scalable growth.
Katie’s addition has also created an opportunity for Fue to transition back into the role of Quality Manager, where his expertise truly shines. Fue is now able to focus deeply on process improvement, continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthening our inline inspection capabilities. Together, Katie and Fue form a highly complementary partnership, balancing operational efficiency with quality excellence.
We are also excited to announce that Jason Brown has joined VistaTek as our new Program Manager. While new to this role internally, Jason is no stranger to VistaTek. He has worked closely with Danny Mishek for years as a product developer and designer on projects such as SelfEco Garden and beyond. Jason brings a strong background in product and mold design, and having this expertise in-house has already added significant value, helping us move programs more efficiently from concept to completion.
