On January 16-17, VistaTek underwent a two-day audit recertification process with BSI. Following the audit, the BSI auditor recommended that VistaTek retain its ISO 9001:2015 certification. The audit included a detailed review of our processes, documentation, and three employee interviews.
Fue Thao and Mark Kettler led the audit, with this being Fue's first time in charge. He was pleased with the outcome, as there were no major or minor findings, and the entire process went smoothly.
